Altrusa International of Highland County to host annual Quarter Raffle fundraiser Nov. 6

Altrusa International of Highland County is excited to announce its upcoming Quarter Raffle fundraiser, set for Thursday, Nov. 6 at the Hillsboro Orpheum. Doors will open at 5:30 p.m., with the raffle beginning at 6:30 p.m.

This popular annual event offers attendees a fun evening of friendly bidding, great prizes, and community spirit – all while supporting a meaningful cause. Funds raised from the quarter raffle go directly toward Altrusa’s local service projects, which focus on literacy, education, and community betterment throughout Highland County.

A quarter raffle works like this: participants place quarters into containers for the prizes they hope to win. Each quarter counts as one entry, so the more you enter, the better your chances of winning. 

During the event, winners’ paddle numbers are drawn for each prize, making it an exciting and interactive way to support the community.
