2026 annual Rocket Run held in Fayetteville to support Boy Scout Troop 456

The annual Rocket Run was held on June 21 at Fayetteville High School.  

The weather was great. There were 133 entries in the show. Over 30 trophies were awarded. Best of Show was awarded to a purple 1969 Chevrolet C10 owned by George Holden of Fayetteville. 

Thank you to all who entered. Also, thank you to those who came out to see the entries and visit with the entry owners and Scouts.

Music and announcements were provided by Chazizz DJ Services. Food was available from the Fayetteville Touchdown Club.  

The proceeds from the Rocket Run benefit Fayetteville Boy Scout Troop 456. The proceeds are allocated to cover annual membership fees and District and Council outing fees.

The Troop would like to thank all who supported and donated items for the silent auction. A special thank-you to Blanchester F.O.E. Aerie 2222, who sponsored the trophies; Sum Place Else, who sponsored the dash plaques; and to Spray Logistics, who sponsored the Jim Hupp Memorial Pick.
