Repeal of SB 5 is the only acceptable compromise

In November 2010, Governor Kasich said, “If you’re not on the bus, we’ll run over you with the bus. And I’m not kidding.”
Now, Governor Kasich is pleading with organized labor leaders to compromise on SB5 and cancel the November referendum election. He asked the unions to set aside political agendas and past offenses.
Now that polls show SB5 being overturned on election day and many former Republican voters vowing to help vote down SB5, Governor Kasich and the Republican Legislature leaders want compromise.
They did not want compromise when they voted down all amendments proposed by Democrats. Well, here is the compromise labor leaders, Democrats in the Legislature, and We Are Ohio should say is possible.
SB5 must be repealed in its entirety now. That is the only compromise that is acceptable. If not this, the voters will end SB5 in November.
This is the only way to support our firemen, police, teachers and other public employees and help stop Republicans from giving everything to the very wealthy and corporations, which contrary to Republicans, are not people.
