Indians advance to sectional finals

The Hillsboro Indians are advancing to the next round of the postseason as they traveled to and defeated Sheridan High School 2-1, Monday evening in the 2013 Division II SE District sectional semifinals.[[In-content Ad]]The winning pitcher was Nick Stacy. Stacy pitched all seven innings, allowing one run on two hits and zero walks. Stacy finished with six strikeouts.

HHS will now face state-ranked and South Central Ohio League rival Miami Trace on May 16 at 5 p.m. at MTHS.
