Suspect surrenders

On Tuesday, October 13, 2009 at 4:00 p.m. Jeffrey Ryan Holsinger surrended to law enforcement and is currently being held in the Highland County Justice Center in Hillsboro.  He will be arraigned on a charge of aggravated robbery on Wednesday, October 14, 2009 at Highland County Court in Greenfield.
Rodney Jay Holsinger III remains at large at this time.
