On March 21, the Hillsboro Walmart reported they had a male subject detained for shoplifting. Justin Hinkle, 18, of Hillsboro was arrested for drug paraphernalia and theft.
On March 22, the Hillsboro Walmart reported they had a female in the store that had taken items from the shelf, put them in a bag and left the store without paying for them. Jennifer Davis, 28, of Hillsboro was arrested for theft.
