The Hillsboro Police Department arrested Angela Matticks, 36, of Hillsboro Sept. 25, 2011 on a citation for no license plate light and operating a vehicle impaired. Matticks entered a not guilty plea in Hillsboro Municipal Court on Sept. 26. The case is scheduled for a pretrial on Oct. 28 at Hillsboro Municipal Court.[[In-content Ad]]
