Clermont County man indicted on child pornography charges

By
Clermont County Sheriff's Office, Press Release

Dale Edward Donley, 52, of Stonelick Township was indicted Thursday, March 14 by a Clermont County grand jury on three counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor or impaired person, all felonies of the second degree.

On Thursday, Nov. 2, the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) forwarded a cyber tip to the Clermont County Sheriff’s Office about child pornography allegedly being downloaded from an address on Anstaett Road in Stonelick Township, Clermont County.

Sheriff’s Office detectives began investigating the case by executing a search warrant at Donley’s residence on Jan. 25. During the search, detectives seized several electronic devices. Subsequent search warrants to examine the seized electronics allegedly yielded images depicting prepubescent children in various states of nudity.

Detectives continue to work with NCMEC and ICAC in an attempt to identify the children depicted in the materials.

An indictment is merely a charge and is not evidence of guilt.
