Hillsboro Great Oaks FFA Chapter President Carter Boyd new Ohio FFA State President

Hillsboro Great-Oaks FFA Chapter 

Carter Boyd has never been one to shy away from a challenge and has been a shining star in his community. From being President of his 4-H Club, FFA Chapter, and the Highland County Jr. Fairboard, Carter has had the opportunities to build his leadership skills. And now, he takes on the role of President at the State level. 

At the 2024 Ohio FFA State Convention, Carter was slated and elected as the State Vice President. This year, he, his family, his chapter, and so many others had high hopes for him as he ran for State FFA President. Under the pressure of speeches and interviews, he never lost his composure, remained professional, organized, and showcased what makes Carter Boyd the perfect fit for this new role. 

On Friday, May 2 at the fifth session of the 2025 Ohio FFA State Convention, Carter Boyd was announced as the new 2025-2026 Ohio FFA State President. This is an incredible honor and Carter becomes only the second person from the Hillsboro Great Oaks FFA Chapter to ever serve as the Ohio State FFA President.
