Fairfield FFA competes in soil judging

Members of the Fairfield FFA chapter have been studying the importance of soils and learning skills to classify and judge soil in rural and urban areas. Ten members put their knowledge to the test by competing at the District 9 Soil Judging Contest.

Members of the Rural Judging team were Evelyn Roehm, Emelia Roehm, Toby Craycraft, Cohen Watson and Parker Pierce.

The Urban Team consisted of Maddy Wiseman, Eloise Roehm, Rylan Herlinger and Kinze Ramsden.
