Former teacher Bob McClain grateful for school's support

To the editor:

I would like to thank everyone who attended the benefit spaghetti dinner recently held for me at Whiteoak High School.

Your generosity was overwhelming and went a long way toward paying my many medical bills.

I would like to extend a special "thank-you" to the faculty and staff of Whiteoak and Bright Local for planning and holding the dinner. Your kindness and support have helped me get through what has been and continues to be a very difficult time.

May God bless each and every one of you.
