Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS) Director Matt Damschroder Friday kicked off National Workforce Development Month by announcing that Ohio’s 20 local workforce development areas will receive nearly $4.5 million over the next 12 months to help employers meet their workforce needs.
