The Whiteoak Lady Wildcat cross-country team was honored Tuesday at halftime of the Whiteoak vs. Ripley varsity boys basketball game with a banner commemorating their 2012 season, where they earned a spot in the Division IV Regional tournament this past fall.

The road to the Whiteoak Wildcats' first league title since the '06 season got a little bit smoother Tuesday evening, as they added to their Southern Hills Athletic Conference lead by defeating the Fayetteville Rockets, 65-49.
