    Last Tuesday, I had the chance to cover my first official fall sports event of the 2017 high school season when the McClain Tigers boys and girls golf teams hosted the Adam Sharp Memorial. The event was held at Buckeye Hills Country Club in Greenfield, and even though I don’t golf much these days, it was a perfect day to golf.

    The Adam Sharp Invitational was held on Tuesday morning at the Buckeye Hills Country Club in Greenfield, as the McClain Tigers finished in third place in the boys event, while Highland County counterparts Hillsboro was sixth and Fairfield was eighth in the 18-hole event.
