Maryann E. McNeal, 61, of New Vienna, formerly of South Salem, passed away on Monday, March 20, 2017 at the home of her sister.
 
She was born on Dec. 13, 1955 in Dayton, the daughter of Russell Louis and Evelyn May (Miller) Sharp.
 
She was retired from the Ohio Public Employees Retirement System and was a member of the Good Shepherd Church in Greenfield.
 
She is survived by one daughter, Megan E. (Matt Smith) McNeal of Humbolt; one grandson, Kaden Smith; one sister, Mary Margaret (David) Frump of New Vienna; two sisters-in-law, Helen (Tom) Sharp of Washington C.H. and Carol (Pat) Sharp of Dayton; several nieces and nephews, including special niece Sarah Frump and special nephew, Mathew Frump; and several great-nieces and great-nephews, including great-nephew, Samuel Frump.
 
She was preceded in death by her husband, Willard E. McNeal on Jan. 24, 2016; four brothers, Harold Joseph, Thomas M. Sr., Patrick R. and Russell S. Sharp; and both parents.
 
Funeral service will be 1 p.m. Wednesday, March 22 at the Good Shepherd Church in Greenfield with Pastor Scott Graham officiating. Burial will follow at the South Salem Cemetery.                                              

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. Wednesday at the church.
