ODNR investigates accidental shooting near Greenfield

The Ohio Department of Natural Resources and the Ross County Sheriff's Office are investigating an accidental shooting that occurred in the Ross County area Saturday.
The victim, whose injuries were not believed to be life-threatening according to Greenfield Police Chief Tim Hester, was treated at Greenfield Adena Medical Center.
Further information was not immediately available. Hester said the shooting, which involved a .22 rifle, is believed to be hunting related.
