The Ohio Inspector General has issued a report of investigation after receiving a complaint from the Correctional Institution Inspection Committee regarding a flier that was posted at Belmont Correctional Institution offering inmates 100 hours of community service credit for every $1 donation made to a charity as chosen by Warden Michele Miller.
