		<description>Officials from Highland and Clinton counties met Friday with representatives from the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (PUCO), and have asked for &amp;quot;immediate intervention&amp;quot; in addressing a recent AEP rate hike.&amp;amp;nbsp;           Ohio 86th District Rep. Cliff Rosenberger (R-Clarksville), Highland County Chamber of Commerce President Katy Farber, and Clinton County Economic Development Director Bret Dixon met with PUCO representatives in Columbus Friday. They are now asking that Highland County residents assist them in a grassroots campaign to get PUCO&apos;s attention and assistance.</description>

The sentence will be served consecutively to 10 additional years of prison time for robberies in other counties.&amp;amp;nbsp;          Cole Midlam, 29, pleaded guilty Friday in Highland County Common Pleas Court to one count of first-degree felony aggravated robbery.</description>

		<title>Court overrules motion to suppress in armed robbery case</title>

		<description>A motion to suppress an alleged written confession was denied Wednesday in Highland County Common Pleas Court in a first-degree felony armed robbery case.&amp;amp;nbsp;  &amp;amp;nbsp;&amp;amp;nbsp; &amp;amp;nbsp;Cole Midlam, 29, was indicted on the charge in July 2010 after he allegedly robbed the Hillsboro Rite-Aid in May 2010. He is scheduled to stand trial on the charge on Monday.&amp;amp;nbsp;  &amp;amp;nbsp;&amp;amp;nbsp; &amp;amp;nbsp;A motion to suppress hearing was held Wednesday in which Midlam&apos;s attorney, William Armintrout, alleged that Midlam was not fully Mirandized at the time of the alleged confession and that Midlam asked if he needed an attorney.</description>
